Beauty

I found this picture while looking through my Mom's blog for a project awhile back.
Isn't it beautiful? I think it is one of my most favorite pictures in the world.
My Mom is so beautiful.
And Tyson is pretty darling as well.
I love my family.

Wedding

Our wedding was more than I could have ever imagined.
There are so many wonderful moments that I hope I never forget.
I just know that I was so happy and everything was perfect.
My Mom did a great job and really worked so hard to give me a great wedding.
I can't thank her enough.
She also did work for me by posting about it, go here to see all her hard work.

Honeymoon #1

Our wedding was great. And I'll probably write about it sometime.
But I don't have too many pictures, and really I know that's what you wanna see.
And I bet most of you were there...

So Breck decided he wanted to take care of the honeymoon.
It was awesome. We stayed at the Edge Water in Seattle for two days.
As the name suggests, it was right on the edge of the water. And it was beautiful!

We felt a little out of place at times.
Like when we were waiting for the valet to bring the car.
And a Bentley, BMW, and Mercedes came around first.
Then the Subaru came out of lot. And we were never prouder.

We got to walk around Pike's Place Market and then it was time for my big surprise...
We got massages. Neither of us had ever had one and so we were a little weary.
But man oh man, it was way nice.

That lady told us about a delicious restaurant we should try. And so we did.

It's called the Lunchbox Laboratory. It's a burger place. And it's delicious.
And then we walked around the big REI and I'm sure Breck was in heaven!

We proceeded to take pictures with the alcohol in our fridge.
 So that was fun...

We had a great time, I love Seattle!
Well not when we're driving around. That doesn't go over well.

Next time? Honeymoon #2!

Comparison

I promised a comparison between Breck's classes and my classes.
So here goes...

Breck's studying Exercise Physiology.
I'm studying Communications.

He's learning all of the bones, muscles, parts of the bodies.
I'm learning how to listen better.

We had our first test on the same day.
His on all the bones in the skull
(including all the nooks and crannies with their names) 50 questions.
Mine was in class, open book, in a group, 10 questions.

He spends 2 hours everyday studying for nutrition.
I write in my journal everyday for interpersonal theory.

He tells me all about the digestive system and all the intricacies of how our body works.
I tell him about talking positively to yourself.

He goes to the lab to look at real bones from dead people.
I go to the lab to design a flyer .

He teaches a group all about his section of the bones.
I give a speech on Star Wars.

Now I'm not saying my classes are not valid. I'm learning a lot and really enjoying them.
But come on..
Last week Breck had two tests. And I had to pretend to be deaf for a paper.
We're definitely having different experiences in school.
And I believe I got the better deal.

Real life

We've been married a month and I haven't even blogged yet.
I'm not so good at being a housewife.
Not that blogging really determines that. But cooking does.
Breck cooks 3 dinners for every 1 I cook.
Proven. Bad housewife.
But he makes such delicious dinners I don't even feel bad.
And let's be honest... I never had high hopes for being too domesticated.

Anyways.. that's not what I came on here to blog about.
I came to share some bits of my life with my mom.
I know you're the only one who reads anyways.. Or the only one who counts.
Points for me...

So mom, guess what my favorite part of Rexburg is? When we drive and get out of town,
there is empty space. Like I can see the starts empty space. I love it!
You know what my least favorite part is? Breck's classes.
They're tough and he's a good student. So he spends a lot of time studying for them.
Which I know is something I should be grateful for, and I am.
I'm glad he takes it serious. It's just funny the difference between our classes.
I think later this week I'll make a comparison for you.
Guaranteed I'll have some free time while he's off studying his brains out.

Plus I've got all kinds of other things to tell you (and the few others who read) about.
You know it's gonna be good.. Get excited.
And.. a picture of us cause I don't like a post without a picture. Especially when nothing is said..
like this one. Yeah.
Okay bye. Breck's done with his test!
